Matrixome, Inc has won the Japan Venture Society Chairman’s Award at the “University Venture Awards 2021. “Matrixome is honored to be the recipients of the Japan Venture Society President’s Award from the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) as a part of the Award for Academic Startups. We are proud to be among other winners such as @Heartseed and Orishiro Genomics for the University Venture Award 2021. JST is a Japanese government agency which aims to build infrastructure that supports knowledge creation and dissemination in Japan. It is one of the National Research and Development Agencies, overseen by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) and the Council for Science, Technology and Innovation (CSTI). The purpose of the University Venture Award is to further promote entrepreneurship and the challenging efforts made using the results of research and development at universities, and support for university-launched ventures from universities and companies.
